She really took her time getting to know what I wanted, thinking a little out of the box she was able to find a house a bit out of what I was looking for but something both my wife and I really liked. This is something that really impressed me as I believe finding a house both a wife and husband agree on can be difficult. Very attentive to our needs and had our house sold lightening fast! You could tell that she did her homework with what we were looking for in buying a house as we literally only saw 5 houses before we found the ONE. As far as the purchase of our new home, in this very difficult market, we were able to be under contract in just about 3 weeks of looking at houses.
